Before, During, and After
When you hire us to work with you, we consider our staff as part of your team. Imagine what adding us to your team can do for you!
During the Event
We arrive well ahead of the event to go over the event timeline and provide any final setup assistance . We test the PA system and make sure that if volunteers are being used as bid spotters that they are instructed as to their duties. We can serve as your Emcee if requested and will be happy to make announcements and introductions.
At auction time we bring your event to life with the energy and excitement needed to entertain and extract all the possible dollars from your attendees. We make sure that your items are in the proper order and your fund-a-need is orchestrated at the appropriate time to leave no dollars on the table.
After the auction, we like to personally thank those that bid and supported the fund-a-need, congratulate your volunteers for a job well done, and make sure you don’t need any help before we leave. We believe we are part of your team and want to insure we have done everything we can.
Following Your Event
We do an immediate debrief with our staff and make notes of what we believe went well and what areas could be improved. We brainstorm suggestions for improvement and generate a report that we share with your executive director, chair, or committee. We are glad to meet by phone to hear your thoughts about the event and discuss our thoughts and recommendations. As a member of your team, we want to help insure that this information is passed on to next years committee and will gladly meet again during start-up of next year’s event as needed.
WE BELIEVE THAT YOUR SUCCESS IS OUR SUCCESS!
Sterling worked with us before the event to select and promote items that would make for active and generous bidding. He and his staff were on hand for the entire event sharing their appreciation for our mission with our guests during the silent auction and dinner. And his interaction with the crowd during the auction was perfect …they loved him and we already have him booked for next year!
